Self-care for Knitta’s

imageMy starfish is coming along ‘swimmingly’ but in my enthusiasm I’ve spent too many hours hunched over my knitting this week, or so says my neck and shoulders. This weekend dawns a new routine, one where I strive for better balance by weaving in a practise of respect and gratitude for my body. I know I’m not the only one who’s ever knit their way to kneck pain because this little beauty exists, 5 min Knoga; Get ready to enjoy yourself!
